HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. You can obtain the tracking number under Order Status in My Account. You can also track your shipment at the courier website. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to register on the courier website.

Tracking number is shared with you on mail once the order is dispatched. If you haven’t received check your SPAM folder.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

We use only USPS for shipping all our orders.

WHEN WILL AN OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

While we don’t have specific time frame for when specific product will be back in stock, know that we want you to be able to make your purchase.  We encourage you to check back periodically, as we keep updating our inventory! You can also opt to choose, “Email me when back in stock” and we’ll send you an email when this product has become available again!

ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES REFUNDABLE IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you return an item please ensure that the RETURN LABEL sent to you by us is stuck properly below where you have mentioned FROM address.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

What you see listed that is what you pay. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase. The prices listed for all the items are final and the price you see at final checkout page is exactly what you pay.

CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?

Products that are listed as ‘Sold Out’ are not available for sale. However you can also opt to choose, “Email me when back in stock” and we’ll send you an email when this product has become available again!

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THREADCHAMPS.COM?

  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit or color, or if you come across any workmanship defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please contact us at CustomerCare@threadchamps.com  before you initiate any return of product.
  • Each product returned is checked for quality and goes through a Return Approval Process. Once approved, we immediately send an e-mail with an attachment. Please print out the Return Label sent as an attachment with the e-mail from CustomerCare@threadchamps.com and paste it on top of the box containing the product returned below the FROM address space. Please ensure that the label is stuck to the shipped box properly and does not fall off. Products returned without the Return Label on the box will not be accepted.
  • Please return the unused item with tags and packaging parts within 3 days of receipt. No used products or products sent without tags / packaging parts will be accepted. Please note that we will be unable to refund you the shipping amount and the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) of 13% that was charged included in the price of the product when you purchased it.
  • We will refund the money or issue Thread Champs Credits, as per your choice. Refund/Thread Champs Credits will be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). Thread Champs Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from Thread Champs.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website. For orders placed using Thread Champs Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Thread Champs Credits account.
  • Any Thread Champs Credits / cash-back vouchers applied will be activated again. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order. Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to Returns and Exchange Policy for more details.

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?

It’s really quick! All your orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing the order. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. Our aim is to fulfil all the customers’ orders as soon as possible. All our orders are shipped only by USPS. The delivery time is generally 5-7 business days from date of shipping for any state in USA. The cost for shipping to any state in USA is $5 only. The delivery time is generally 10-14 business days from date of shipping for shipping to any province in Canada. The cost for shipping to any province in Canada is $9.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of a completed order being confirmed on our website threadchamps.com, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Once we receive your order, your product is shipped out within 24 hours. Please log in to your account after 24 hours and you will find a tracking number in it. Your product has been shipped and now you can track it.

DOES THREAD CHAMPS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Thread Champs ships currently to USA and Canada mainly, however, if you reside in a country other than USA or Canada, we shall make every effort to complete your order.
